A little bit about me...
Married for 12 years to her husband, Charlie, Crystal joined the family business three years ago.
With a background as a middle school math teacher, she brings her love of numbers, her collaborative spirit and her natural ability to support and guide others. Whether she’s coordinating marketing efforts or managing the agency’s social media presence, Crystal approaches each project with intention, positivity and a desire to help the team succeed. She often describes her work with Charlie and the family business as “pushing the boulder up the hill together,” united in purpose and driven by service. Outside the office, Crystal’s deepest passion is her family. She finds joy in raising their two children and creating a warm, welcoming home. Anchored in her faith and guided by her love for Christ, she considers it a true blessing to contribute to the family’s mission, both personally and professionally.
