Sarah Decorah brings over 20 years of experience in administrative leadership, financial management, and organizational operations to The Wills Agency. Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and ability to keep complex systems running smoothly, Sarah plays a critical role in delivering the high-level service our clients expect.
At The Wills Agency, our mission is simple: Elevating People. Elevating Property. Sarah lives that out daily by ensuring every client, partner, and team member feels supported, prepared, and cared for throughout the entire process. From managing schedules and communication to overseeing databases and operational workflows, she helps create a seamless, relationship-first experience behind the scenes.
In her role as Executive Administrator, Sarah is responsible for protecting the time and focus of leadership so the team can stay fully committed to serving clients at the highest level. She manages key systems including client communication, transaction tracking, and internal organization—bringing clarity and consistency to every step of the real estate journey.
Prior to joining The Wills Agency, Sarah served as Operations Director for the Wisconsin Grocers Association and its Education and Scholarship Foundation, where she led financial operations, coordinated large-scale events, and supported executive leadership in strategic planning. Her background includes budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and team supervisio —skills she now leverages to help our clients and team operate with excellence.
